September, 2018 I worked as an Assistant Planner on site for the construction of 6 story Stem Cell Research Lboratory including a basement.
My role & duties were;
- Prepare short term programs for stair core, external works ect.
- Mark Progrss and report on existing contract & target program
- Collect data and produce a S-Curve report on MEP
- Progress update on a program matrix
- Produce phase plans for external works
- Subcontractor program meetings
- Data analysis on excel for snag progress
- Record keeping with HOLO BUILDER 360 camera system
