Based at Thales UK London, supporting a consortium bid to London Underground. Created & developed fully cost and resource loaded tender programme in Primavera P6 with inputs from consortium members and Thales Canada. Designed management information report suite in P6 to inform and influence, with automated update of Excel based graphical reports. Intensive use of export-import functionality. Liaised with stakeholders & represented tenderer at presentations to London Underground. Input to PMO proposals.
