Planning Engineer

Project: Consultant (Inspection) for all Region 3 Globe Telecommunication Centers                             

• Develop, maintain and adjust current schedules and deploy subordinate in their respective centers to conduct inspection.
• Manage and oversee various assignments: such as schedules, manpower-employees and customers within Globe Telecom Centers.
• Compile and analyze information regarding the best and most efficient ways to implement the standard operating procedures given by the company; generally involves business development and expansion.
• Update the program of works as per the actual progress on site.
• Prepare critical indicator sheets/ histograms/ manpower & material requirements to higher management.
• Develop and implement Progress Tracking and Performance Analyses methodologies using Earned Value. Management, Cost Performance Index (CPI) & Schedule Performance Index (SPI) techniques.
• Develop critical indicator sheets/ histograms/ manpower & material requirements to higher management.
• Coordinate and update with all involved parties regarding the progress of work /program.
• Participate in all necessary meetings internally and externally.
