Planning Engineer

1.      Prepare Work Break Down Structure.

2.      Prepare & develop the detailed schedules for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases of the project.

3.      Prepare schedule resource loading (labors, material, equipment, man-hours and cash) and develop resource histograms.

4.      Apply resource leveling when required.

5.      Preparing the look-ahead schedules. Target plans to be distributed to site staff. 

6.      Update the project schedule and compare the actual status vs planned status.

7.      Prepare and issue periodic progress reports (monthly & weekly).

8.      Performs project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities, out of sequence, milestone deviations, additional resource required, scope slippage,…

9.      Responsible for preparing and presenting the Schedule Impact Report.

10.   Responsible for preparing schedule recovery plans, including evaluation of additional resources/costs required to affect such plans.
