ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
- In charge of a portfolio of accounts, I draft customers long-term strategies and bring them in place in order to increase Conversion Rate & Direct Bookings of hotels. 
- I am responsible for making sure that our customers receive the best support there is, and drive their accounts while achieving complete customer happiness.
- Continuously in contact with web developers and booking engine providers, I coordinate and help hoteliers to implement the newest Analytics scripts and install Ecommerce tracking in order to get the most value out of their data.

DATA ANALYSIS:
- Deep diving into Google Analytics, I drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) by tweaking all levels of our technology to drive the success of direct bookings (AB testings).

ONLINE MARKETING: 
- Working hands-on with our IT departement in order to continuously improve our product technology and features to deliver to our customers.
- In charge of developing and designing the best Hotelchamp winning set of tools to improve the user experience into hotel websites to drive conversion rate higher.
