Prepared, tested and certified over 11 product platforms both radio and accessory to in country specifications throughout EMEA, ensuring continued sales throughout region.
Oversaw roll out of testing to new European Telecommunication Standards (ETS) for radio products.
Consulted and supported business departments regarding in country Approval requirements for product deployment planning.
Created and maintained Type Approval and Safety information by country/product on the Distribution Centre database which allowed products to ship only when approvals were granted.
Created and maintained storage and database of approval submissions allowing business and sales teams access to approval certificates for tender support
Created and maintained open air test site for radio frequency emission tests
Designed and implemented, on production line over 20 radio product labels identifying radio and specific in country approval data for products shipped in to region.

1999 – 2005     Project Management

Project Managed over 50 new radio and accessory introductions to the business portfolio globally and regionally

allowing volume deployment.

Beta Project Manager liaising with customers to allow operation and comment on product early enough for engineering teams to make changes to aid customer satisfaction and quality.

Engineering Design Center Champion for Primavera Planning tool supporting Management and Engineering teams with set up, maintenance and monthly reporting for over 200 project, overhead plans and schedule
Emea ngineering Design Center representative on company Global Primavera team.
Set up and maintained resource spread sheet detailing engineering resource allocation for Europe, Asia and Israel by project, skill and location for regular analysis with senior management.
Configuration Mangement
Engineering representative on global beta test  team responsible for generation of global beta testing process
Training coordinator for Project Management department ensured Project Managers completed training according to individual and department training plans.Set up and maintained over 80 project folders on the Motorola “Compass” Intranet search, library, a collaboration solution aiding global project communication, audits and global data exchange between the Project, Engineering and Business teams.
Rolled out “M Gate” and “SA2000” project management Design to Manufacture methodology and processes to EMEA region.
