Create schedule integration and alignment between Contractor, Operations and Planning teams.

Lead local planners, develop their planning skills under a prepared and agreed development plan.

Review progress measurement back-up sheets and progress reports. Demand corrections and improvements as necessary.

Supervises project schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities. Recommends alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
