Cost Engineer on complex capital program of works.

Responsible for ensuring accuracy of forecast data and cost management requiring a broad understanding of the project environment and types of work. Elements worked on include R&D, refurbishment of existing buildings, QC1 steel works, EC&I packages and IT-based projects. Working with control account managers, work package managers and project managers to deliver cost effective assurance lead programs with emphasis on schedule. Included estimating, elements of planning including using Primavera P6 to cost load and monitor plans, budget management, supply chain involvement, invoicing and receipting.
