Currently located in Hyderabad and acting as a PMO team for tracking of Goa airport project.
Preparation of construction schedule.
Preparation of progress tracking S curves with respect to design, Procurement, Construction and preparing MIS reports.
Design progress tracking and follow up.
Attending design progress meetings with subcontractors and assisting team with target dates.
Progress tracking, delay calculation, Alerting site team with potential delays and look ahead schedules.
Assisting in preparation of cost control metrics, Quantity calculations etc
