Construction Manager
Duties:
- Prepare work program and schedule of activities at jobsite
- Coordinating construction works on site and discharges construction managerial duties
- Scheduling the project in logical step and budget time required to meet deadlines
- Daily tracking of work programs and progress on site
- Preparing and updating of work and material schedules for the project
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers for the purchase and delivery of materials
- Measurements for work executed at site as per drawings and preparation of claims
- Participating in the monthly technical and progress meeting with the consultants.
