As a Senior Planning and Cost Control Engineer reporting to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager working along and supervising Jr. planning and Jr. Cost engineer over-all in charge in preparation, submission and ongoing maintenance of baseline programs, including the project construction program. Checking of nominated and domestic subcontractor’s baseline program, Labor histograms and planning key milestones forecasting of completion dates, work & delivery schedules. Provides updated Cost Reports Monthly which shows the baseline budget and forecast against the baseline budget.Preparation and issue of necessary reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Client representative.Preparation of monthly progress billing and checking of nominated and domestic subcontractor’s progress payment application. Participate in EOT (extension of time) and change order analysis.
