Planning of Depot Train Works for New Rolling Stock and modernization of existing fleet. Producing reports for use by both project teams and senior management. Resource planning and cost control.

         Facilitating the development and maintenance of Master Programmes for the Projects to ensure that there is clarity and high level visibility of the overall programme.

                  Identify key possession requirements and ensure that these are      properly booked

         Input the planning issues into project critical issues risk log. Review planning risks and ensure the risk register is updated accordingly

                  Monitor and audit contractor plans. Ensure the contractor’s      planning process complies with Connex procedure requirements.

                 Interrogate contractor’s statement of progress for payment purposes.

         Assisting in the development of realistic, resource loaded and logic linked project programmes in accordance to proper planning processes
