  • Project Planning services for the Design/Architecture aspect of London Underground Station Refurbishment Projects.

  • Oversee all Planning aspects/issues both in the office and by way of attending executive level meetings.
  • Time, Resource and Cost information for sector level reporting.
  • Support to Project Managers with updated information for Monthly Project Reports.
  • Generated weekly/monthly Progress and Status Reports for Cost & Resources.
  • Regularly chaired/attended internal and Site Progress Meetings in line with the Progress Calendar.
  • Updated plans in line with progress information received.
  • Maintained all file plans in accordance with company processes.
