  • Northern Line Maintenance & Improvements Planning Manager, working within the Operations Directorate.
  • Devised and maintained P3 Rectification Plan, various Microsoft Project plans, databases and presentations to effectively complete closure on major Corrective Action Notice (CAN) to provide evidence that Projects within the different asset groups were being managed correctly and efficiently.
  • Failure to provide this evidence would have resulted in London Underground (LU) gaining ownership of works, managing in-house and losing Tube Lines a substantial investment worth several million pounds.
  • Developed evidence files which were subsequently submitted to London Underground for major milestone audits.
  • Appointed Change Manager - produced presentations, created processes and procedures to control various Change initiatives and regularly chaired meetings to track progress and implemented plans across all asset areas.
  • Obtained regular updates from key stakeholders in order to update plans and databases and had daily communication with stakeholders, investors and customers across all asset areas.
  • Appointed Northern Line Improvements Planning Manager, initiating process to enhance the Northern Line with additional funding over and above the budgeted allowances.
  • Business Cases and Plans were created and submitted with a view to gain £10M of additional funding for approved works achieving approval for £6M of works, which was noted as a very good achievement by Directorate.
  • Northern Line mini-Projects were planned and tracked using Microsoft project and Excel-based documents and were resource and cost loaded.
