  • IT Transformation Programme; framework for establishing change to the existing systems related to criminal records and reform.
  • Appointed Planning Manager, and was highly respected and regarded as a very strong individual who can deliver improvement and change where necessary.
  • Developed overall Transformation Programme Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Created and utilized company-wide resourcing pool, across all Projects.
  • Developed new or improved existing Project plans.
  • Achieved standardization of all Project plans – template, resource and baseline information – which was easily transposed into the IMS.
  • Reviewed all Project plans to ensure logic, constraints, dependencies, resourcing and cost information was evident, to ensure external dependencies with IMS were correct.
  • Developed effective planning update cycle, incorporating Risks & Issues.
  • Created system to successfully track Design Documents, to ensure improved delivery time and reduce errors.
  • Worked with assistant Planner to develop & improve their planning skills and techniques.
  • Established regular update meetings including preparation of Exec meeting.
  • Hosted weekly/fortnightly Programme & Project plan review meetings.
  • Regularly reviewed company planning policies and developed them with a view to create improved long-term planning process and procedure company-wide.
  • Regularly dealt and worked with all project stakeholders and external contractors to establish relationships and buy-in to new planning procedure and policy.
  • Provided planning advice, support and Guidance to management & PMO, as required.
