- Worked with assistant Planner to develop & improve their planning skills and techniques.
- Established regular update meetings including preparation of Exec meeting.
- Hosted weekly/fortnightly Programme & Project plan review meetings.
- Regularly reviewed company planning policies and developed them with a view to create improved long-term planning process and procedure company-wide.
- Regularly dealt and worked with all project stakeholders and external contractors to establish relationships and buy-in to new planning procedure and policy.
