Project Manager - London Underground
Responsible for delivering the station upgrade requirements of the PPP contract (appendix 14 & 15)
Carrying out the duties of the planning supervisor as required by the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994;
Contract Administration of the NEC Contract;
Producing detailed cost plans, phasing expenditure and cash flow over the term of each project;
Gaining funding against planned budget and delivery of project benefits;
Liaising with the Portfolio Scoping and Initiation Manager to determine and agree the project requirements, so as to ensure that the business objectives are met;
Interrogating the programme and risk to ensure achievability;
Ensuring a safe system of work is in place.
