Job Duties:

·          Assist in preparing Well Cost Estimate for AFE’s (Authorization for Expenditure). P1 Probabilistic software.

·          Preparation and Implementation of workflow procedure for Cost Control.

·          Preparation of Cost Book based on Contracts. Fixed & variable Costs.

·          Preparation of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) based on Well Drilling Program / WBS.

·          Detailed revision and coding of Contractors, Vendors & Suppliers Invoices for Services and Materials rendered to the activities.

·          Allocation of Cost Activities into Operational (DIMs, Open Wells, CTX) & Finance (SAP, JDE) software’s.

·          Reporting Actual Cost (VoWD) vs. Budget.

·          Estimating and Forecasting of Budget in conjunction with Drilling Engineers.

·          Presentation of the Actual Cost versus budget and forecast.

·          Cost Analysis Report providing information concerning to Costs x Services, Revenue by Companies, Cost x feet, Cost x phase, etc.

·          Liaison with Procurement, Contract, Finance & Commercial dept., for administering and controlling all aspects related with contracts and liaison with Drilling Engineers to obtain finalized quotation.

·          Liaison with accounting department for general and analytical cost accounts, budget update, monthly billing statements and reporting, stocks movement and reconciliation.  Interface with Finance Control to provide timely and accurate data for accruals, cash calls and reporting.

·          Checking, controlling and reclassifying of costs

·          Providing trends to project management.

·          Preparation of procedures for project close out reports.

·          To work in Field.
