Job Duties:

Responsible to control and monitor total expenditure associated with all the project’s disciplines (Drilling, Civil Work, Logistics, Production). Ensure effective project reports implementation to monitor the status of all planning & cost performance and delivery up to the closure of the project and assure planning & and cost control coordination with Finance area. Responsible to Historical Cost Data Base for bidding process. Active participation in contract strategies to design potential cost structures. Company Focus point with suppliers during contract execution.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

·          AFE´s submission, monitoring and control. Tracks AFES approval work flow (Activation, distribution, and closure). Participates in AFE´s preparation and modifications (MOC).

·          Prepares and submits Planning, Contract & Cost estimate data to be incorporated in project operations data base before starting operations.

·          Provides Historical Cost Data Base for bidding process. Active participation in contract strategies. to design potential cost structures. Company Focus point with suppliers during contract execution.

·          Reports project progress status against plan & cost schedule. Provides warnings if planned schedule and cost are not achieved. OW & SAP conciliations. Set up issues alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.

·          Supports to the head of department to elaborate balanced scorecards.

·          Technical support in plan & cost analysis.
