- Developed an accurate, visual, and numerical tracking method to help monitor and plan entire jobsite.
- Worked with contracts and managed subcontractors work, cost issues, change orders, and schedule.
- Maintained and documented any design changes and as-built installs.
- Provided input and helped develop methods to ensure office and field goals were aligned by providing more immediate feedback and production data to the field personnel.
- Worked on multiple cost/benefit analyses when abnormal issues arose to help engineer the best economic solution for each issue.
