Responsible for the planning and management of all PSI Peru projects, from Pre-feasibility Studies to the Detail Engineering and Construction Administration of projects valued on the order of US$ 5 million. 

Implementation of project control procedures in accordance with ISO Procedures for Ausenco PSI. Responsible for the preparation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Planning and Programming, Critical Path Analysis, projection of required resources (histograms), “3 Week Look Ahead Planning”. Responsible for the integration of project budget and schedules to support EVM (Earn Value Management), forecast, cost and change management, preparation of weekly and monthly reports, development and follow-up of key performance indicators (e.g. SPI, CPI), development of EDP's.
