Functional responsible for planning and control of the portfolio of projects of the 03 business lines for Ausenco Peru (Environment and Sustainability, Minerals & Metals and Process Infrastructure).

Principal functional responsibilities:

• Management of project control team.
• Assurance of the planning and control activities of planning and control of projects according Ausenco Project Controls Standards:

o Planning and scheduling of projects 
o Performs cost control functions including; development of Work Breakdown and coding structure for control and integrity of work defined by the scope of projects, establishes baseline budget, comparison of actual costs and commitments with the baseline, change management and development of EDP's within the corporate platform Ausenco (ORACLE). 
o Analyzes variances in cost performance against the plan, communicates the reasons for issuance of variance and recommends solutions or recovery plans to Project Management about cost impact or delays
o Provides forecasting of project cost at completion and trends / change management. 
o Monitoring and control of payment states and billing statements (WIP and AR).
• Cost analysis and calculation of KPI's for portfolio of projects.
• Development of corporate reports: backlog and forecast of income for portfolio of projects.
• Estimated hours for the project control during the proposal phase.
• Supports functional group in interviewing candidates for employment and makes recommendations for employment decisions.
• Responsible for the development of newer team members 
• Complies with safe work practices and ensure that safety is demonstrated as the highest priority.
