Principal functional responsibilities:
• Responsible for effective set-up and implementation of Project Controls procedures on an assigned project in accordance with Jacobs Project Controls Department Procedures. 
• Interfaces with Project Managers as needed during the execution of projects. 
• Responsible of developing of monthly project status reporting: Project Administrative Review (PAR) and Operational Project Review (OPR) that include progress and performance with associated charts; analyze deviations from approved budget, cost report, cash flow status, staffing plan, key issues and concerns.
• Responsible of estimating of Economic Proposal (ECO) and Cost of Services (COS) during the proposal phase.
• During the proposal phase reviews contract drafts to ensure they include adequate cost and scope definition and meet Project Controls requirements.
• Responsible for plans staffing needs for assigned projects. 
• Supports functional group in interviewing candidates for employment and makes recommendations for employment decisions.
• Responsible for the development of newer team members.
• Complies with safe work practices and ensure that safety is demonstrated as the highest priority.
