Responsibility:
- Portfolio management- identifying, Prioritizing, Authorizing Projects.
- Identifying the total work volume, Distribution of load, managing pool of resources.
- Qualitative and Quantitative Risk analysis for the Project through out the life cycle, track monitor and manageall risks and uncertainties throughout the project.
- Preparation of the master Schedule for the multiple Project.
- Identify monitor and control Project Critical Path.
- Manage Multiple Projects in Coordination with Planning Engineers.
- Preparation, monitoring and tracking of Cash Flow and Budget utilization.
- Coordination with Material Management for the tracking of PR and PO through SAP
- Coordination with the contractors during the Tender and Execution Stage.
- Conduct Regular meetings with Project management Team, Material management & Contractors for better Alignment.
- Preparation of quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly, weekly management reports & briefs and presentations.
- Site Progress monitoring and reviewing various progress reports from Contractor.
