I work as Planning Engineer in Al Basti & Muktha LLC. since June 2016. My role is project monitoring and controlloing by Tracking weekly progress, by monitoring the Sub-contractor activities (program, material production, delivery and installation with weekly progress meetings with sub-contractors). Monitoring the sub-contractor activities and sending delay notifications, reminders, follow-ups etc. Preparing Extension of time for project with the delay impact analysis on program. The project is of 97 villas of Mediterrenean, Modern, Classical, Contemporary, Arabesque types each diffrent from another.
