Ø  Development of plans for maintenance activities and minor projects works and coordination with site teams regarding progress capture and resource requirements.

Ø  Prepare scheduling data to provide accurate information to be used for project planning and analysis of project status

Ø  Process progress reports, maintain progress logs

Ø  Maintain progress charts and reports to inform Project Management of project performance

Ø  Inform Project Management of schedule variances and potential problem areas to provide adequate warning for appropriate actions
