Woodgrange Project Services Ltd                                                        January 2012 – December 2014

I have been working as an Assistant Planner for Woodgrange Services Ltd. who have extensive experience within rail and other industry sectors, providing project controls, project management and project planning services with Using Primavera P6 Professional R8.2 and other planning tools.

I have worked on the following projects:

• PDQ Exhibitions– Providers of Design, Project Management & Build of exhibition stands, marketing suites and retail interiors.

o  I produced the project programmes under the direction of Woodgrange Project Services on behalf of PDQ for the design, procurement and construction of exhibition stands, marketing suites and retail interiors for Mercedes Benz at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, The Royal and Ancient Golf Association for The Open Championship at Muirfield and Hoylake Golf Clubs.

o  Planning and interfacing the design, manufacture, procurement, sub-contractors works, site issues, construction and de-construction.

o   Prepare the project work breakdown structures

o   Created logic linked programmes

o   Updated and tracked progress and monitored against the baseline

o   Reviewed the status of programme with the project team and agreed corrective actions where applicable on a bi-weekly basis

o   Monitored key milestones and critical path issues and highlighted to the project team.

During this time I self-funded my Primavera P6 Professional R8.2 training and certification (at Forgetrack Ltd.) to further my expertise in using the planning software to its full capability.
