Managed the programming/ planning, design and construction phases of complex multi-million programmes for BAA.
  • Assessed existing client systems to provide recommendations for comprehensive commercial project controls tools in order to support the management of cost, schedule, quality and risk; 
  • Prepared strategic project control plans across over 30 BAA programmes totalling more than £1billion;
  • Developed and implemented project controls tools, standards, procedures, roles and responsibilities;
  • Defined and developed project reporting requirements and baselined projects to cost and schedule metrics;
  • Managed a comprehensive project controls team of cost engineers, risk managers, estimators, schedulers, document control specialists and contract administrators, responsible for their training and development;
  • Conducted monthly project reviews and prepared project reports including forecasting and performance.
