Senior Project Controls Consultant – Implementation of company wide project controls including earned value management systems and training of potential project controls staff. Performed business gap analysis to facilitate customisation of project controls mechanisms to add value to the client’s EPC multi-billion dollar projects globally for both base office and construction site works. Successfully developed coal fired power plant EPC WBS/CBS template in line with business models/scope, Chart of Accounts in Oracle Projects & Oracle Primavera P6.8, aligned scheduling & costing systems. Developed project controls roles & responsibilities, swim-lanes & working level standard operating procedures (SOP) for the PCM/Planner/Scheduler/Cost/Estimator/Risk/Contracts, and EVMS.
