„  Planning and  Scheduling with Primavera P6 and Cost Control for Capital Project - Pipe line and Facility Projects [30Million ~  560Million $] Southern Lights – Line 2, LSR and Line 13 Reversal Projects- Multibillion projects across Canada and US border , 6000 KM long Pipeline and 22 stations and Terminals across, Electrical substation and Transmission distribution ,utilities.

„  Develop baseline schedule using Primavera Tool and MS Project for Pipeline, Terminal and stations Projects, resource load, incorporating all schedules from construction contractors, Procurement items, regulatory and environment items. Maintain and control master schedule and portfolio of related schedules, update it and analysis for any changes from baseline or previously submitted schedule and suggest corrective actions or workaround, 3 week look ahead and six month look ahead plan reporting and planning for upcoming activities

„  Baseline schedule risk assessment in PERT master and monitoring risk along on current schedule , incorporate contingency in schedule

„  Schedule presentation, variance analysis and Earned value management.

„  Work Plan for various Stage gate Phases related to schedule and cost

„  Risk Identification, Monitoring and Update Risk register, Risk Analysis using PERT master

„  Tracking of Cost and Schedule, Updating and Analysis

„  Co Ordination of Engineering, construction and Procurement activities within Consultants, Contractors and Vendors, Forecasting and contract comparison, WBS development and construction cost tracking of control accounts.

„  Facilitate Co Ordination and Review Meetings, Prepare Agenda and Presentation for management, contractors and consultants, Monthly schedule reports and analysis.

„  Develop High level and Milestone schedule in BD Phase, NEB –Regulatory, Engineering and Procurement schedules in Executing Phase and construction commissioning schedules in Control phase of Project, Prepare Close out and Leave to open schedules

„  Developed Regulatory & Procurement Schedule, Critical Path Analysis, and Risk Identification & suggest mitigation action, Work around, WEA and cost Tracking and Analysis, T & M Contract Management.
