„  Schedule maintenance Work orders in Primavera P6 and perform Manpower loading and leveling for weekly, monthly Production and craft schedules, equipment and support craft schedules, Schedule reports, 3 week, 6 month and long range schedule development.

„  Planning activities for E & I in JD Edwards .

„  Plan and prepare routine, outage and turnaround maintenance activities, Co Ordination with Maintenance and operation and schedule Priorities on weekly bases

„  Verify and closing work orders in JDE and Primavera and maintain for schedule compliance

„  Run earned value report and Forecast for manpower requirement and equipment availability

„  Verify  all the work orders for correct type ,planner codes and equipment codes  , verify and apply correct status and schedule work orders in Production –Primavera as per Priorities , Isolation available , manpower and outage , shutdown status

„  Plan jobs as per scope, manpower, equipment and support crew

„  Assist in Develop standard work order Templates

„  Coordination with maintenance, procurement, operation, field staff

„  Procurement requisition and check availability in JDE, Technical procedures and drawing coordination

„  Turnaround and shutdown as well as outage schedule development and execution

„  Conduct daily work order progress meetings and update work order status in JDE and Primavera

„  Publish weekly and monthly schedules and update it

„  Schedule analysis of planned work orders vs. reschedule, completed and cancelled
