Develop cost estimate for Project controls, and compile cost estimates for other disciplines and submit to client with proposal, Set up cost system with baseline control budget (EES and EMS in CoSyn), Identify and document any scope and other major changes in project, Track changes on duration of projects, COST estimate Risk assessment, Identify and mitigate any Risk during life cycle of project and update Risk register and mitigation strategy. Run reports out of financial system and PM system as required also do analysis and communicate

„  Discuss with PM and client schedule and cost , Risk analysis and schedule –cost variance analysis and rolling wave planning for short term and long term forecast.

„  Tracking of baseline cost, P6 schedule and other deliverables with current or actuals and realign, change control, redefine of baseline, tracking of contractual aspect for all major procurement items, schedule, cost and change management. Tracking of procurement cost and generate EQM cost and forecast, detail variance analysis compare forecast and original baseline.

„  Monthly stewardship reports , Executive summary report, FTE Forecast , Late package explanation reports, Update Bench mark report , Project estimate and Forecast by producing bi weekly and monthly reports

„  Coordinate the integration of schedule and procurement plan and alignment of schedule with PO and site delivery and construction – commissioning activities
