Duties include controlling earthworks and civil concrete activities, introducing and monitoring Russian/Kazakh equipment which were an added values in this new area; supervising buildings’ architectural finishes, all electromechanical systems, wall and roof insulated cladding, steel structure and fireproofing activities; overcoming numerous challenges and difficulties in redesigning HVAC ducting and equipment connections due to design mistakes and non conformances; conducting site and bureau coordination meetings with local subcontractors and buildings’ multinational Vendors; preparing detailed buildings schedules up to Level 6 together with the Planning Team; succeeded in getting Project incentives of Millions of US$ for completing buildings’ winterisation plans and closing-in; assisting hired QS Expert in claim for extension of time for all projects and succeeded in compensating millions of US$; submitting progress reports, productivity rates of progress, and managing recovery plans.
