The Georges Dock Building based in Liverpool UK was refurbishment project, converting unused office/storage space into a brand new, state of the art combined control room for Mersey Travel (Client) & Merseyside Police for the overseeing of the Mersey Tunnels.

The main use of the building itself is to supply fresh air, and extract fumes from the tunnels it is linked to however, it was the offices contained within the actual building that were being transformed.
