I have been working in the construction industry since I graduated from university in 1995, I was certified by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as MRICS in 2017, and I passed the national examination and was certified as China Registered Cost Engineer in 2002, and was certified as China Registered Constructor Professional Type: Railway, Highway and Building from 2004 to 2007.I am familiar with the interantion and domestic project tendering/biding, project management, cost control and contract administration. I can use softeware such as office, Primavera 6, projector and budget software.
