Cameron is a highly skilled planning and project controls professional with a capacity to develop, manage and control large fully integrated programmes.

Experienced in a variety of sectors, Cameron began the first 5 years of his career as a construction manager, delivering all aspects of a project from piling to MEP.

As a construction manager Cameron was responsible for developing target programmes and updating progress for delivery programmes which lead him to move into a full time planning position.

Cameron then moved into major projects combining his on site experience and planning knowledge to develop fully integrated design / procurement / construction / commissioning programmes for complex schemes.

Cameron has particular specialism in MEP installation and commissioning programme development for major projects. He is also interested in lean planning techniques, cost and resource loading, advanced project controls, analytics and forecasting.
