· Preparation of Master Schedule for Design, Procurement and Construction.
· Ensures that all department heads / Project Engineers and subcontractors are aware of the plan.
· Analyze the progress data, updates the plan and informs those concerned.
· Records the works additional to the original plan and all variations and revisions.
· Attends progress meetings and reports on the current situation and notes all changes.
· Update work progress for each projects analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
· Monitors the site progress and prepares weekly look ahead to maintain objectives.
· Coordinate Project Review Meetings, Department review meetings and Client review meetings.
· Maintain & track of Procurement Logs, Constraints & Assumptions and engineering documents deliverables.
· Coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement & Execution departments for smooth execution of project.
· Carry out Monthly, Quarterly supply plans and ensure that the material is delivered to site on time and inspect it. Analyze material reconciliation statements.
· Discuss program with Subcontractors on Mobilization of Manpower requirement and priorities of work at site. Generate supervisor & Labor productivity and carryout review meetings with site.
· Ensure good planning techniques across the Company are adhered to.
· Preparation of Cash Flow and Updates.
· Preparation of Monthly Invoice and Summary Report Supporting Invoice and getting the Invoice approved by Client.
