I am strong mainly in two sets of skills from experience;

a. Lean Management skills: At university, I worked on several lean management tools to optimise a modular production line, and was able to increase productivity, reduce the number of defects, and reduce lead time through the application of Just-In-Time, Total Productive Maintenance, and others. In addition, I was contacted last year to optimise lean techniques for a specific type of service in a local oil company. I managed to propose several lean techniques for the client in which they can choose an optimal one that suits their needs.

b. Project Management skills: I have several project management skills including time management, planning, and scheduling, project definition, risk assessment, stakeholders management, and others, through my heavy involvement in large-scale power and water projects.
