I have a BS in Chemical Engineering and am a Certified Energy Manager and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional. My primary skills involve project management within the EE utility sphere where the primary stakeholders include the customer and the regulatory oversight staff. I lead my utility's interaction with CPUC Staff regarding energy incentives, project development/timelines, design, project measurements and controls, and ensuring compliance with CPUC policy at a project and portfolio level.

As one of the three primary stakholders, I ensure that both the utility and the customer recieve the ratepayer-funded incentives that they qualify for through the changing state requirements.
