Kwok is a senior consultant within the infrastructure and Capital Project group at Deloitte. A graduate of London Business School's MBA programme and a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Kwok has a background in Engineering, Construction and Project Management working on large infrastructure projects.

Kwok has gained a wide range of delivery and project controls experience within waterfall and agile delivery methodologies. Kwok has experience throughout the programme lifecycle, managing costs, schedule and quality on large scale projects across the world.
