Joined the offshore oil & gas industry in 2008 involved in cost control and gradually moved into estimating and planning. With the downturn in oil & gas, got involved in offshore renewable engergy, i.e. offshore wind. Setup a department of cost controllers later to be supplemented with planners. After some time playing around with MS Project started to grow the planning discipline - i.e. hire more planners and introduced Primavera P6 EPPM in 2014.

I have experience with EPC contracts spanning multiple years from award to conclusion as well lots of smaller T&I contracts. Our schedules are resource- and cost loaded based on template schedules I've helped setup. I have gained experience with setting up a P6 database, coding structures and rights management in a growing group of users.
