TS/SCI with FS Polygraph

-- 20 plus years of progressive home office and field experience in Project Controls. Positions held ranging from senior cost and schedule engineer, cost and schedule supervisor, and most recently Project Controls Department Manager.

-- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Project Controls and Project Management processes as it relates to tools and techniques and how each process is applied to all phases of project execution.

-- Effective team leader of (small to large) established and ad hoc teams, with proven results in developing and implementing needed process improvements

-- Well versed in the latest tools being applied across the industry, through standardization of processes, integration of scope, schedule cost data, and the automation of reporting. Thus allowing for best practices and real time analysis / insight to minimize variances and maximize profitability.

-- Participated and or steered various teams focused to further the development and enhancement of Project Controls process and procedure, and tools such as but not limited to cost management systems, schedule analytics software such as Acumen Fuse, and the (first) development and implementation of company's Project Controls Department, which recently earned a strength (best practices) and is being shared across industry

-- Built, developed and provided process and procedural guidance forming functional leadership teams and driving inclusion of Project Controls in daily execution resulting in significant improved overall project performance, improved estimating, monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and developed criteria for predictable fact based Key Performance Indicators.
