Extensive experience of more than 20 plus years in construction field in different areas like Planning using Primavera P6 latest version 18.8, Claims Preparation / Reviewing, Contracts Management, Change Order Management, Site Monitoring / Execution & QS etc. in difference sectors like Infrastructure(Highway Roads 120 Kms, Sewer Network (25 kms including micro tunneling), Flyover/Bridges/Underpass etc., Power Plants (worked in world’s largest dry cooled Thermal Power Plant), Chemical Plants, Biological Plants, Infrastructure Projects like Tunnels/Rail/Roads/Bridges, IT Building Projects, Villas & Hotels projects. Sound knowledge / experience in Primavera P6.

Planning Experience (Primavera P6): Present Role

- Preparing tender schedule.
- Master construction schedule.
- Procurement schedule.
- Monthly schedule monitoring and updating.
- Preparing monthly progress report for top management.
- Preparing cash flow projections, submittals of schedule of rates (payroll & equipment) or project
  Variations and modifications.
- Preparing monthly project control report including (narrative, progress bars, construction and
   Subcontractor’s performance measurement reports “S-curves charts, Performance Matrix, etc.”
- Identifying/ maintaining & monitoring the project critical path Vs target, problem area, trouble
   shooting.
- Recording and reporting all the scenario of the potential exposures/claims/works
   suspended/modifications & additional works.
- Preparing BI-weekly look-ahead schedule “task level”).
- Claims analysis regarding Time impact Analysis
- Tracking of resources and allocation of man-hours against histograms and planned progress
  Curve.
- Review & consent Contractor's schedules (CPM Schedules).
- Maintaining, ensuring, following-up, and fulfilling contract milestones project start-up/close-out,
   Early notifications, submittals, and regulatory requirements by jurisdictional authorities.
- 14 points P6 schedule assessment / check using Excel XER tool kit.
