Was Operations Officer in the World Bank Kazakhstan Country Office till the end of August 2003, joined the World Bank in July 2001. During 2000-2001 was working for the World Bank financed projects in Kazakhstan as a Chief Technical Consultant of a government agency responsible for the Project preparation and implementation. From 1999 to 2000 served as a Team Leader of the Umbrella Project, which included 15 projects developed with donors support in the framework of the National Environmental Action Plan (NEAP) of the Republic of Kazakhstan. One of the leaders playing key role in developing the NEAP in Kazakhstan during 1997 -1999. During this tenure, was chairing the Project Preparation Committee of the NEAP Center. Was certificated by USAID, TACIS, German Association on Technical Assistance and the World Bank for Project Planning, Procurement and Management. PMI & AACEI Certified Member.
