Plans, tracks, and analyses the progress (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing) to meet the Project Performance, manages the changes, collects progress information and develops status reports, performance measurements and forecasts, recommend (corrective & preventive) actions to improve progress. Assist project team to complete the project within approved time & budget. 

Experience history• ( 9+ ) years : large scale oil & gas and petrochemical mega projects (Egypt)Petrochemical Plant, Refinery, Jetty, Gas Plant, Pipelines, Gas pipes network, Tank Farm, LNG plant• ( 10+ ) years : large scale construction capital projects CIVIL & MEP (Saudi Arabia)High & Medium Rise Building, Airport, Commercial & Industrial Building, District Cooling Plant, Infrastructure and internal roads, Mixed use projects
