As PMO leader for Ticketmaster, John McIntyre has specialist knowledge of setting up and managing successful PMOs that provide quantifiable value for money, and deliver projects and programs that achieve business outcomes.

He has an MBA from Cranfield Business School and combines this breadth of knowledge with 15 years of real-world experience of organisational project management. His broad range of skills include motivating teams, facilitation, and knowledge of frameworks such as PRINCE2 and Agile.
