Scott Gray
Scott Gray, a Managing Director in the Global Construction practice, has 30 years of consulting experience, including the analysis of costs and damages incurred on over 250 construction contracts and capital projects. He has analyzed claims for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, A/E firms, and sureties on projects ranging from “build-to-print” projects to turn-key EPC contracts. He has extensive experience on major industrial projects (power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, LNG facilities, pipelines, etc.) and infrastructure projects (airports, railways, highways, bridges, etc.). He has analyzed damages arising from changed work, deficient design, default, loss of efficiency, delay, acceleration, and contract termination, among others.
Scott has provided expert testimony in litigation and arbitration on many occasions, including in ICC arbitration, ICSID arbitration, BIT arbitration, and before the Cairo Regional Centre for Dispute Resolution, and in the US before the US Court of Federal Claims, the GSBCA, federal district court, and state court. Mr. Gray is fluent in English and Spanish, and competent reading written Portuguese.
