 Development of Baselines EPC Schedules followed by Look Ahead / Accelerated / Recovery schedules. Cost & Resource loading to the program. Creating & Monitoring S‐curves (Cost, Resources). Planning of crew shifting from one project to other. Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to client/ consultant. Visiting the site regularly and taking the updates and progress photographs. Investigation of Critical Path and alarming PM regarding Delay. Development of EOT (Extension of time) claims. Preparation of Progress updated BOQ. Making presentations & Dashboard as per required format. Preparation of Cost Report. Conducting risk assessment with PM and plan to mitigate the risks. Conduct internal audits & make reports for CEO.
