- Prepare Master schedule and revise schedule for Pre, during and Post constructio.

- Overall progress for client/ Weekly report for Construction Manager - Prepare project quality and health and safety plan such as procedure plan, method statement, test planand tool box and hazard and risk assessment.- Project staff and manpower plan and team planner for project work and pre method of construction - Follow up with Sub contractor/All department’s work progress - Update schedule as per work progress for weekly and monthly. - Prepare Key performance indicator (Plan vs. Actual s curve graph)  - Check sub-contractor’s claim are correct or not as per actual work done. - Preparing bills of quantities assist in the tender stage. - Monitoring sub-contractor’s BOQ to comply with actual contract. - Cost planning to refine the budget as the design documents develop.- Ensuring all work done are comply specifications - Quality control for all construction works and Ensure safety site.
