I have more than eleven years of experience in buildings and townships, networks infrastructure and earthwork. My involvement extends to Project management in the capacity of planning, controlling and monitoring of projects according to their contractual obligations on time, within the policies, programme and budget.

• Development of integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) schedules. 
• Critical Path Analysis, Variance Analysis, S-Curve Analysis and Alternative Analysis. 
• Progress measurement, reporting & monitoring (Planned vs. Actual).
• Experience working in an estimating team and developing tenders.
• Command on Primavera 6 (Schedule development, reporting, forecasting, monitoring and control).
• Expertise in operating Microsoft Office (MS Project, Excel, Word & Power Point).
• Recognition of potential commercial risk and associated time impacts.
• Efficient oral and written communication skills with stakeholders. 
• Bilingual (English and Arabic).
