Working as an auditor for the Government Accountability Office since 2001. Perform cost, schedule, and EVM assessments of major weapon systems, NASA, Department of Homeland Security, and other civil agency programs. Proficient in life cycle cost estimating, earned value management and scheduling. Authored best practice guides in cost estimating, scheduling, technology readiness assessments, and soon will publish a best practices guide on using the Agile method for development. In March 2016,  graduated from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) with a Master's degree in Cost Estimating and Analysis. Will begin teaching a course at NPS to future graduate students on GAO best practices and decision analysis techniques.
